Also I want to mention how funny it is that Pennsylvania actually thoroughly inspects the car when you move here. In Texas the car inspection was checking the blinkers, the horn, and then you're done lmao

My partner lives in Pennsylvania, one time I was telling him about how I was close to needing a new sticker for my plates and he got a little confused when I told him that all had to do was just roll in somewhere and get my emissions checked. That was when I first learned about the full car inspections down there lol

honestly finding out america doesn't have a standardised MOT test every year for vehicles despite being such a car-dependant country was geniune culture shock for me. what da hell
