man i love the heights theater so much. used to go a TON but haven't been going as much since they got new owners (it's still great but just not the same for me). looks like they have some good movies coming up, though!
Some of the worst landlords I've had have been like that - "ooh we're just friendly normal people who happen to be landlords" and then the second something breaks they vanish to the ghost dimension. Lake Itasca looks gorgeous!
