Hi! You asked me some more specifics about the performance of your site on my laptop. I was only on your site for a couple minutes because I couldn't really do much. Because of the lag I couldn't really get my mouse curser to cooperate. I was using Firefox at the time. I just tried it on my work laptop with chrome and it was a little laggy but not as much as on my own laptop (a macbook). Hope that helps!

Hey thank you, really I appreciate it! As far as I know, the performance is a lot worse than it should be on MacBooks (particularly with Safari) and sometimes with Firefox. Of course slower machines might just struggle anyways because it's a heavier website at the moment, but that's kind of expected. It's been a little difficult to pinpoint as I don't have any apple devices to test with.
I've done a lot of work regarding optimization and performance lately. Knowing that there are still serious issues on some machines, I will be prioritizing this on the weekend when I can code with a little more intensity. Cheers, and thanks again for the Intel!
