how do u guys do the random next/previous/raindom-website buttons on neocities? like where u press next and then it goes to a random next neocities website or something? or like do u just link ur friends' pages?

Webrings, you mean? I think they use javascript to randomize the sites in the list. At least that's what I understood from a webring I was part of (but left not long ago xD).
