rn my list consists of sourkraut and horseraddish
mustard(preferably djon or stone ground, sometimes honey) and relish. between the dog and the bun
I get really creative... I've put burger sauce, pickles and lettuce for a big hot macdog, onion jam and mayonnaise, gherkin relish and tomato sauce (Australian ketchup), kewpie wasabi mayo... I show no fear.
raw chopped onion, mustard, ketchup, maybe relish if i feel like it
for hot dog.... grilled onion and mustard.... for brat. sourkraut and mustard :)
