I think you should keep Pinky. It doesn't sound like you have all the other stuffed animals from your childhood. Keep this one, at least until the thought of giving her away feels right and not like something you need to convince yourself to do.

I've been keeping more little guys lately but they have a special little guy shelf now and I sometimes take one in my car or my purse when I feel like a need a traveling companion. I would also not be able to part with those ponies.
keep Pinky! she is so unique. also i feel you on the MLPs. i am one degree away from becoming a toy collector but thankfully i do not have the funds or the space. but those sea ponies sure are tempting!

Yeah, I threw her back up on the shelf for now. The ponies too. But I will probably get rid of those. Maybe.
