Since Neocities don't notify reply of a comment reply-> I am so happy to see another scan member! It was difficult to explain to my non-reading manga friends what I was doing haha. I love Detective Conan!! It was my childhood manga/anime growing up, I would trade and borrow physical books with my cousin and classmates. I worked on horror slasher mangas and romance manhuas ALSO I am always happy to get a reply tyvm<3

Omg idk which is worst... colour or b/w. Cleaning was a PAIN!!! I'm glad my blog reminds you of a good past. It was (and still is tbh) difficult finding people who love the same subgenre and interests! Being in a scan group felt like community :,)

Aghh so cool. I always wanted to work with romance mangas/manhuas but at the time their scanlation groups were always full!! Also I was absolutely the worst member in my group. I tried my hardest but I always turned in my tasks late xD But when the 1000th chapter came along no one dared to work on it because of that horrific colored cover and I had to step in.. Gosh those were the days!

Really? I have never seen a group turn people away :o ) I always late too haha and I get Discord spammed... That redraw was... CLEAN (mangakas love to make it hard for scanlators)! Redrawers and translators are literally the pillars of scanlations!!! RESPECT o7

Now that I think about it, one of the best adventures I had on the internet, Trying to cooperate with random people from all over the world with the same fixation of the same manga, trying to bring something which we that was worth-while to a broader audience. It was nice.

Searched up the chapter I worked on ( that I can remember ) I was working with a scanlation group that focused on Detective Conan. I cleaned up the 1000th colored cover for it and I was already using my 'korenara' handle xD https://imgur.com/a/CKZaVjM
