It's seriously nuts how much AI has taken over all social media and is now scraping everything from it's users without their consent. :/ If I were you I might try to download the images individually unless you have a lot a lot. You should really be allowed to opt out of that sort of thing!
I deleted all my socials and used tutorials online that can help you go ask for your data which can get you your posts and stories plus more, as for captions and comments I wanted to save I went and screenshotted them but you can also do a screen recording of them.
