adding a noscript tag and reassuring people that they can keep JS turned off. kinda a pet peeve of mine when sites are like "PLEASE ENABLE JAVASCRIPT I WON'T STEAL UR INFO" and i don't wanna be that person

@vanillamilkshake i'll go along with it then, i gotta figure out how to not make it look ugly. one thing i'm worried about is accessibility if it would ruin the page in some way

firefox is pretty good with how you can edit everything through about:config, that's what i did on macOS before switching and starting over

i know chrome text would be more fitting for a science fiction type story. sci-fi as a concept is wonderful to me but i never engaged with any of it since i barely engage with media in general unless it's music or visual art, and i always wanted to make a sci-fi world but i know it would turn out shitty because i'm "uncultured". it's a self-indulgent thing all around because this text is fun to make and look at

the texture makes sense because it's set in a big city so it has brutal/industrial themes but no clue where i was going with the font, i don't know what emotion it evokes. i just love how compact it looks

these kinds of updates i make could be summed up with "just make it into a blog post", because you really can't document someone's entire artistic journey in like 3 paragraphs

you probably don't have to do that but i'm too stupid to figure out any other way

you can specify a directory in the config file! in the return object, you can specify not only input but also layout, includes, and data (i suppose you already specified input folder?). i separate my layout and includes folder this way

@tofutush i assumed it was something like that too, it would probably be helpful to organise things that way and save me a headache from future file management
i like making up stories with my characters before they're fully developed because their personalities come naturally instead of having to force myself to think of something for a bio
real, i feel like this is like, a more natural way to develop characters! its hard to make a whole personality devoid of a story (eg the character's experiences)
no im the same way, especially when it comes to ttrpg characters. i have like a baseline to start with, super bare bones like "this ones silly" or "this one bullies his friends" and everything else gets built as i have them bounce off other pcs
