Electric Eel-Shock is a Japanese garage-rock band I've been into lately. Elton Motello is a lot like T-Rex if you're into them. Tom Waits isn't obscure by any means but he doesn't get enough love. Neither do the Cramps.

one of my fav albums is "Songs About Robots: Volume 0" by U.S. Killbotics; it's like electronic/dubstep. i found it thru his flash game "killbot" ::-)

This is random but maybe you should check out this album called woof woof by ARTHUR, it's a relatively somewhat short listen (it's abt 25 mins long) but I was like relistening to it today and I thought maybe you'd enjoy it, yea that's all!
