i am a staunch believer that the oxford comma should be integrated into the polish language, even in cases (ESPECIALLY in cases) where it precedes "and" (before which the conventional rules state you *cannot* put a comma). it reflects the actual inflection of the voice when speaking the words out loud

in the sentence "Rozmnażanie wegetatywne jest stosowane do zachowania genotypu pożądanych roślin, hodowli selekcyjnej drzew, oraz zakładaniu plantacji nasiennych i klonowych" i don't say HODOWLI-SELEKCYJNEJ-DRZEW-ORAZ-ZAKŁADANIU, i say HODOWLI-SELEKCYJNEJ-DRZEW | ORAZ-ZAKŁADANIU. the former just sounds stupid
