oh my goddddd- I was just cooking an omelette in my dorm and i accidentally set the fucking fire alarm off... and my RAs had to come in the room cus it just kept going off...and I forgot I had a full face of clown make up still on...omg that was so embarrassing

in my experience sometimes it just randomly goes down and comes back later. i moved my stuff to filegarden it's a bit more reliable imo
