A friend of mine in the UK sent me a photo of Sonic graffiti on a wall. Enquiries were done because you know that kind of thing is illegal. Turns out that it was officially done under direction by SEGA. They got permission and paid for it.
If they're doing this sort of thing, you can sort of deduce that the 23rd is going to be an announcement of some kind.
