Honourable mention to the Lycurgus Cup, which would have been added if i could just find nice, matching, permissively-licenced pictures showing it in both red and green. Plus — every time i do this i check to see if the tech has advanced enough to reconstruct 3D models for statues from only a few, metadataless-photos, and while it’s still not QUITE there, it’s the closest yet, so, uh, get ready for 3D in 2027? Maybe?
