i'd advise to search for a base code first so that you can have a starting layout!! you can find multiple versions when browsing "html dress up game " , i did go with onlytrichromatic's :) you can find it here (https://onlytrichromatic.yorniq.xyz/dressupgametemplate) don't forget to check their site too ! and i mostly added some css to personalize it like thumbnails for clothes ect ..
