i took a "big" risk and redesigned the entire navigation for my (still wip!) site. i was stuck on it for a long time bc i wasn't sure if i wanted to dedicate the time and effort needed to redesign everything i already had and make smth new i'd actually be satisfied with but i think it paid off.
goodbye simple, user friendly tab navigation. hello faux file system and command navigation.

oh and the popup styles too. i wanted to lean much more into the 2004 corporate and sterile somewhat yet fun web aesthetic. i may want to go a lot more "otherworldly alien computer system" with it in the future so we'll see how that develops.
