I just applied to the YouTube Partner Program (the program that lets you make money off of YouTube). It has got me thinking about the content I make, though.

I'm morally conflicted with profiting off of my JibJab YTPMVs due to their highly derivative nature and I'm not sure if my current viewerbase will stick around for any of my original, non-JibJab related stuff. It's still a pretty cool opportunity regardless :D
(P.S. No, I'm not gonna go all in and become financially dependant on YouTube. Even YouTubers with well over a million subs are having a hard time living off of ad revenue, so why should I with only 1K?)
