When I need to get better fast, I use the Wim Hoff method. I would NOT use it if you have asthma because it's like purposefully hyperventilating. And then I use my brain to tell my body to get better. It's like sci-fi bs magic, but I broke my covid fever within a couple hours.

"who are you people" is such a realllll feeling tbh. i made my site to get away from social media BUTTTT it feels yucky when i have this feeling that i want/hope ppl are actually looking at my site and gaf about the stuff i put out there. all the stuff i create is for me first of course, but it's hard not to think "i hope someone (real) sees this"
