Been thinking about adding my ocs to my site but I’m highkey scared since they aren’t the best characters ever… Well obviously they don’t have to be but yk T_T

do it; no one who matters is concerned about the "quality" of other people's OCs. it's your website and you can do whatever you want; all that matters is that you're having fun. You also don't have to put everything on the site all at once if you don't think some of it's fit for daylight yet -- you can just post their refs or basic stats or whatever and then fill in the rest later.
do it! Highkey I was worried about the exact same thing because ocs are so personal but like it’s your site you know? Also in my experience whenever I’m worried about anyone saying something negative, the most I get is people being nice :)
oc pages are the coolest things though. it's a fun practice and i think most would appreciate seeing their fellow web neighbors' little fictional worlds
