yooo i love your site!!! as much as i love like maximalism, simplistic stuff (esp for websites) is like a breath of fresh air for me and i believe you utilized it beautifully :D often for simplicity it can sometimes feel empty but this is like eye candy to me awesome website!! i can't wait for more pages because so far i'm lovin it and thanks again for your comment on my page :) have a great day/night twin

i always liked the colors of grey and pastel, something about it feels comforting, and that's a funny mii there. Loved your website, clean yet readable. I wanna ask about the "(you did this to yourself by clicking on this page not me)" part in the webmaster section though, what do you mean by this? just curious

HELLO :DD first of all thank you so much for the compliments and the follow! i've always loved grayscale colors idc if people say it's "not a real color" or whatever oh and about that little thing in the webmaster page it's just to shush all the people who say it's "tmi" (too much info) to have a personal page about yourself (even though it's literally a PERSONAL site ToT) so yeah imma go check out your page!! :D

i'm not really into drawing but i've seen a million of these posts and what i can remember is: avoid giving them "donut lips" remember black people have dark skin but not black, try to make it more brown than gray or pure black also remember their soles and palms are lighter than the rest of the skin don't just make a white person with black skin, if that makes sense? this varies from person by person

try giving them different hair types? not all black people 4c hair (again this varies person by person bloodline by bloodline) but a lot of them have at least coily hair in general try not leaning too much into 50s racial stereotypes

if you use tumblr, id recommend checking out @creatingblackcharacters! the blog's ran by a poc and talks about not only how to draw poc but also how to avoid common racialized characterizations, if you do plan to make a character of color :)

it happens a lot with my follower count too. 80% of the time it's people just setting their profiles to private, which hides their Following list. your count might actually go back up by 1 a few days from now, since many people turn their profiles back on after trying private mode lol

yeah I think I've lost 3 in the past couple days for no real reason? I never even could see in my list who was missing, that or I wasn't attentive enough & just didn't scan over them all properly. people "following" a website is arbitrary anyway--don't let it get you down! :)

I usually don't get effected by seasonal allergies much, but I suppose so! The fall semester at my uni just started up so for all I know it's because I'm running around like a headless chicken around all these gross college kids LMAO I've been sniffling & sneezing all day ToT LUCKY! We've reached the first page of Neocities for view count ;'] Another big update coming (real DOS, command prompt, FULL filesystem functionality, improved drag/drop and mobile support). After that it's probably time to take a much needed break and focus on other stuff for a while! Don't forget to submit bugs if you run into them! Wishing everyone well.
