Does anyone have any sites they recommend for backgrounds? I'm specifically trying to find a background with a green apple pattern

I'm reading more now and it has done wonders for giving me things to write about! Thinking of posting scans of my notebook and maybe audio clips of me reading it for accessibility and for fun
