Removed the footnote about prepositional phrases at the beginning of sentences. Turns out that this isn't contentious at all, as there's a webpage in which JE explicitly states that "a prepositional phrase may be placed anywhere in a sentence": https://ostracodfiles.com/votgil/lesson1.html
