Love the site (especially the English folk series). I miss film but I took a break from photography for a few years, sold my gear and found the costs for film have exploded since! Now I’m using the cheapest, entry level Nikon digital and enjoying the different challenge.

Thank you very much! The costs are definitely frustrating, I'm shooting an event this weekend and 4 rolls on short notice set me back £51... There is definitely a lot of joy to be had in cheap DSLRs, some of my favourite photos come from a little Canon point and shoot my family's had since 2010.
