But the game she made with the doggy is adorable. I plan on embedding it in my site because doggy is cute <3

One great website to learn from if you really want to improve your html, css, and javascript is w3schools. Some other neocities sites also have small tutorials like https://petrapixel.yorniq.xyz/ For a more beginner friendly tutorial I'd say go with petrapixel. And I wish you luck on your game, it looks really cool!
