@ vegan blog post. i also tried vegan diet during my senior year in uni. one of the reasons it did not workout for me was the lack of cooking skills. i did try some yummy food from my vegan friends though. just was not for me :)

I totally get it, it's not for everyone and kinda wish some vegans can understand that lol. I've found that I did need to be creative/experimental with my cooking. Surprisingly, the skills I've gained from working in hospitality has helped me a lot.
