The RPG Maker Message Editor has received some slight aesthetic updates.

Updated the FF1 Randomizer again so TDS Holt does not have his levels increased, like Captain Travers.

Updated the randomizers to fix a rounding error, and make it so the tutorial isn't skipped in FF1 if you don't randomize (and/or custom-starter-ize) the spawns.

And behold, the randomizer and spawns editor have been updated for that as well.

The FF docs have been updated to include the previously-unknown chip requirements for some FF1 spawns--it turns that these are tied to events. Because I was given this in a direct fashion, at least for now the generated spawns from the randomizer and spawns editor have not been updated.
