If anyone can read this...new equipment was purchased. And I am in the process of recovering all of my things. It's no big deal to be honest about it. All they stole were a couple of important files which I am not used to even carrying. For the most part so long as my system can run something like RPG Maker or the Latest version of any programming language I should be "good to go" as they say.
