@vrelle russia doesn't do anything about OW. the problem is Blizzard's region restrictions. it's been like that since 2022 (the international sanctions stuff).
also I didn't know about the twitter thing but the roblox situation is similar to what we had. as well as in turkiye, roblox was banned in russia (for the same reasons btw). tho as far as I know, the ban on this has been lifted in both of these countries
