was halfway through writing a rant about how little customisation you can do to the firefox scrollbar but it turns out i was getting half my knowledge from a bunch of outdated resources

alright, so i've done what i can only describe as site weeding and now it's all set up to take scrollbar customisation, i've linked the colours all to variables too so i don't have to fiddle with that anymore and just cleaned up some nasty awful no good css that i really shouldve thought twice about before pushing lo
