every so often in your fandom experience, you will encounter a user whom a large chunk of the fandom follows and treats their word as gospel (whether they want this or not), and you kinda just gotta hope it's a chill guy who understands and tries to be careful with their influence

and not someone who (intentionally or not) gets uncommon but perfectly harmless takes ridiculed or nuked out of the fandom because it didn't vibe with them and subsequently their followers make this everyone else's problem (whether they intend this or not)
