back! Had to buy a whole new SSD and lost all of my data but I'm redownloading everything, will get back to updating my blog and website soon after I remake a few assets

before I publish this update I feel like I should ask. I'm using a CSS template from a github for my blog page that makes everything look like Windows 7. would you guys consider this ethical to use? or should I do my own CSS?

I like to throw a credit with a link wherever possible on my info page. If it's just a few lines of code or something I'll add a comment to the same effect in the source code right there.
