the preloading thing is sooo one of those things where you don't know you don't know. if you don't already know it exists then you can't find out what it is. coding needs SO MUCH LESS of that thanks

@aid i'm so certain preloading your nav JS would help a lot! and thank you :0 OOCSS has been really nice to work with, i can build new pages/layouts so much faster and cleaner now

Good call. I use a different name for similar reasons - my job makes it likely that young kids will Google me, and I don’t want them to find anything weird about me lol
