updated all of my midis to use 96 ppqn resolution instead of like a mix between 480, 96, etc. etc.—i'm told that a lot of tooling works well only with 96 ppqn midis

redid my midi producer script, apparently the GM reset sysex was giving problems - reset instruments when playing midis through SC-8850, so i removed that sysex
