Disabled the site nag/warning since i don't see any reason to shield you from index. I kept the disclaimer below the nav though. i guess that was needed when the site was more eyestrain prone.
style update on messageboard. - spent several hours trying to figure it out without js and caved in eventually.

You were using 123, right? I use cbox as a guestbook and it seems to work fine. Also nice and compact.
