oh hey i have pots too! maybe try a sports drink if u have a worse dizzy day than usual, the super high sodium content helps rebalance my blood pressure in a pinch
thank you sm!! i will try it out.. my doctor basically told me to eat a half tablespoon of salt every morning like a pill, so a sports drink seems like a much better option...! ^__^
