THE MISERY SCENE
i created The Misery Scene (TMS) as a freshman in university with high hopes of being an artist. at the time, i had no idea i would soon be purusing a degree in fashion design. a career in fashion was nowhere on my radar. i mean, i was in school for wildlife ecology!
now entering my sophomore year, i have new prospects and dreams of starting my own fashion brand. TMS will soon launch as i improve my sewing and design skills, and someday i'll start selling my handmade fashion and artwork.
please keep in mind this website is a work in progress and does not reflect my current work. i am still in the process of importing images of my projects. thank you for your patience :>

making my website part 2
July 26th, 2026 - 23:49
I can't sleep so I'm updating my website xD
I finished making a mannequin so I can take actual photos of my custom clothes! So soon enough I'll be able to actually publicize this website. Meanwhile I'm trying to figure out if there's an easier way to create a blog in html. I'm still kind of an html noob so I'm updating the "recent blog post" sections on the website manually. IDK if there's an easier way to do it, butttttt.... I'm not gonna look it up. The blog posts section of this website is NOT that important even though (I'm gonna let you guys in on a secret) this is the first thing I actually "finished" coding.
Some other site features I want to add before I make it public, besides the obvious finishing of all the pages: Show # of site visitors, section where ppl can leave comments, and maybe a music player? Since I want TMS to be closely connected with music. Since it's emo/punk/goth inspired fashion and those all are heavily music based or involved subcultures. And just cause I love music xD
