• I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any point and for any reason. If I’m unable to continue your commission for my own reasons, you will receive a refund.
• If my TOS is broken at any stage of the process, you may be blacklisted from future commissions.
• I will not create work that includes hateful speech, offensive material, metaphorical dog whistles, certain fetish-focused content, proship / “dead dove” themes, or redraws/redesigns of AI-generated images or AI-designed characters.
• Please stay generally respectful and keep communication open and honest throughout the commission process ♡

Payment is expected after the finalized sketch is approved ₊˚⊹ Once we’re both happy with the sketch, I’ll send payment information and move into rendering once payment is received.

I prefer revisions to be requested during the sketch stage, since I put a lot of care into making the sketch clear and detailed for you.

If we are already in the rendering stage and you need a change, please let me know as soon as possible so we can adjust if it’s still feasible! ദ്ദി・ᴗ・)✧

If you have a specific deadline, please be very clear and upfront about it when ordering. The more precise you are, the better I can plan around it.

For flexible deadlines, I prefer having a general range (for example, within 1–2 weeks) so I know your expectations and can keep you updated.

You may use the finished artwork however you’d like for personal use (icons, banners, printing for yourself, sharing on social media, etc.) as long as it is not being used for:

• Hate speech or propaganda
• Feeding any kind of generative AI datasets/programs
• Generally harmful or distasteful purposes

Please credit me where possible when reposting. Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.

Refunds are only applicable if I am unable to meet a previously agreed upon deadline or if I have to cancel the commission from my side.

If you choose to cancel after work has already started, a partial refund (or no refund) may apply depending on how far along the piece is.
