i want to redesign my site again (at least some pages), i can never be satisfied with how it looks (except Dave comic,)

did neocities make it so that the first page you upload is the thumbnail instead of the last???

ive made a bunch of changes to the panda-colored cat 3d model since i made that splash screen and i should rerender it with that
