What is the PRCC?
A residential care home in Oklahoma providing a safe, structured environment for teenagers who have been placed in its care.
The facility offers bedrooms, common areas, a music room, recreational spaces, meals, educational support, and supervised activities.
Residents are encouraged to socialize, develop hobbies, and maintain personal interests. The staff claim their main priority is the safety, stability, and well-being of every resident.
The building itself is fairly ordinary: long hallways lined with bedrooms, shared bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, offices for staff, and several rooms dedicated to activities.
Residents are free to maintain personal blogs and websites, and many of them participate in Hiyoko's web ring.
