crying i paid for supporter subscription and my guestbook still doesn't work. works fine on live preview but not on neocities :(

ah neocities stopped allowing external widgets/scripts in 2022. that may be why the guestbook isn't showing up properly. here's a guide i used to get external stuff like status cafe working on my site https://petrapixel.yorniq.xyz/blog/neocities-external-widgets
