ABOUT ME!

Hiiii! My name is Ada, a now recently graduated trans woman who is more than likely dedicating her life to audio engineering and musical composition as a whole :D

I am somewhat of a trained pianist (still have a lot to learn) but I mostly play with vinyl records and samples that I find on the interwebs, but don't worry, I have been doing this for quite a while now, yes! almost six years now!

Even though I mostly make hiphop / downtempo beats plus other silly little trinkets, my dream is to play in a jazz band with other cool musicians, and in fact, I have played in a pseudo-jazz band! (with other cool musicians) Please check THIS PAGE if you wanna open that can of worms :)

ABOUT NUNAVUT MOVEMENT

What is Nunavut Movement? I honestly have no idea, I don't even know what the name means! It came to me while riding the bus home and I just thought it sounded cool, but I digress...

NVMV has gone through a lot of changes over the years; name changes, concept changes, genre changes, gender changes, whole lot of changesヽ(°〇°)ﾉ

But nowadays, as I've found a lot of joy in creating hiphop and plunderphonics, I believe this is what I want Nunavut Movement to be. But I don't just want to toil away the rest of my days creating generic lofi / chillhop! I've always wanted to add my own twist into hiphop, into something I love, into something that's mine, into something that makes me love hiphop and everything around it.
