iss tracker added to projects from default and then user position if access granted

i have some really cute ideas that will go into the filler space i have now. i'd love to have an alien vibe but want it to be like my personality as well. so if you happen by and have suggestions i would love to hear them <3 i'm a software engineer so it can be as fun as you like :)
