i am only just beginning to see the full scope of the religious trauma that i have lived with my whole life. my free will and world view were twisted and scarred by the people i trusted and the only community i'd ever known. they took my self love away from me and hid it behind the power structure of church and belief. i don't know what to think or feel anymore.
