    • Serves as customer focal point and primary technical interface, translating business requirements into scalable architecture aligned with client leadership's objectives.
    • Represents technical strategy directly to the Global Architect and VP on banking accounts, contributing to direction and priorities in global board meetings.
    • Owns the senior escalation path for critical storage incidents, leading root-cause analysis and turning each finding into a standardized improvement so the same issue doesn't recur across the fabric.
    • Authors the infrastructure documentation and diagrams that turn individual improvements into standard practice for the wider global team.

  2. Storage SME Administration · IBM

    Jun 2015 – Nov 2021
    • Served as the technical authority for SAN storage performance and change management, routinely proposing infrastructure and process improvements and driving their adoption across the account.
    • Led a two-month disaster-recovery engagement in India from planning through execution, earning recognition from both the client and IBM.
    • Advised a bank in Mexico's leadership on the feasibility of integrating into the base services environment, shaping the technical direction of the decision.
    • Selected for an IBM authorship residency on the strength of that expertise; wrote an IBM Redbook (Silver) codifying performance best practices for IBM Spectrum Virtualize v8.5 so other teams could apply the same improvements.

  3. SAN Storage Administrator · IBM

    Jun 2014 – Jun 2015
    • Led a team of ten engineers, providing technical direction and mentorship while identifying and driving process improvements that reduced escalations.
    • Selected as Subject Matter Expert to lead the transition of the Economical Insurance account from Canada to Brazil, guiding the team and improving handover processes through the cutover.

  4. Infrastructure Analyst · Unimed Santa Bárbara D'Oeste, Americana e Nova Odessa

    Jul 2008 – Jun 2014
    • Proactively proposed and led the initiatives that modernized infrastructure across three integrated cities — including the shift to VMware virtualization and a formal data-center build — while managing the Microsoft network environment day to day, reporting to the IT Coordinator and Superintendent.
    • Directed the Active Directory implementation and the Exchange email migration, leading the physical-to-virtual server migration program end to end.
