For urgent issues such as:
- Major leaks or bursts
- No water or very low pressure
- Dirty, cloudy, or discolored water
Important Notes:
- During monthly flushing, brief low pressure or discolored water is normal.
- We are responsible for lines up to and including your water shutoff valve.
- If the problem is on the customerβs side of the shutoff valve (private plumbing), a $50 service call fee may apply.
